We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item. This means you have 14 days to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

There are certain items that cannot be returned for various reasons:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get exactly what you want in a timely manner. Please contact us to initiate a return using the above guidelines.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
